1. Account Registration and Credentials

To access Raley.one, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete details. You are entirely responsible for securing your API keys and dashboard passwords. Any activity performed under your credentials is your sole responsibility.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Raley.one's infrastructure to send spam, bulk advertising, phishing links, malware, or any messages that violate regional telecommunication policies, anti-spam laws, or the terms of destination platforms (such as Telegram). Violation of these guidelines will result in immediate termination of your service.

3. Service Availability and SLAs

While we aim for 99.9% uptime, Raley.one is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for message delivery delays resulting from third-party network outages (e.g., Telegram API down, SMS gateway congestion, or local internet provider issues).

4. Subscription Plans and Overage Fees

Plans are billed monthly based on the selected tier. Overage fees apply if you exceed your monthly message limits. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time via the billing console. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Modifications to Terms

Raley.one reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of major changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the last updated date. Continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.
